Good Catch

Ditch Tuna .

For those of you who may be transitioning to vegan or are vegetarian and can't seem to give up seafood, there's this amazing company called Good Catch Foods!

Good Catch Foods began as a start up company in 2017 focusing primarily on alternatives for those who love seafood. I mean who wants to keep eating tuna fish that's high in mercury or other seafood that's contaminated from poor farming or waste. Besides, their ecosystem is being destroyed... but that's another topic for another day.

They (Good Catch) have products made from plant based foods such as chickpeas, lentils, favabeans and other legumes. Already healthier!

So enough about the history, what do they sale!?

So far they've created an amazing Naked In Water Tuna Fish that you can use to make burgers, salads or even on crackers for a quick high protein snack! Im talking 13 grams of good quality protein! And it only have 80 calories! Yes meal plans!

There second tuna option is ESCAPE TO THE MEDITERRANEAN. (I love a good cleaver name). This one has just a little more flavor than the Naked. Here's how they would describe it "rosemary, garlic, red bell pepper, Kalamata olives and a hint of lemon to our fish-free tuna for a touch of sunny Southern Europe." Same amount of protein, a little more sodium due to added seasoning (totally okay) and still under 100 calories!

And the last flavor option is Olive and Herbs! (This may be my favorite. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks V fancy) Simple but with a kick!

But wait there's more! Good Catch also has crab cakes, Fish Free sliders and burgers!

So guys, whenever I get my hands on this amazing brand, I'll be sure to come up with a few meal options to share with you on here, instagram and YouTube! Until then, here's a link to their recipes!
